Buying a first time home solo was already a daunting thought, but working with Kirby
made that feeling disappear in an instant. Kirby’s energy, enthusiasm, and extensive
knowledge of real estate helped me buy a Beautiful brand new home within my
budget! The first home we saw in person together is the home I bought! She talked
with the listing agent and made sure my offer was accepted over the other offers
without having to raise my offering price. As soon as my Offer was accepted she had an
inspector already setup for an inspection. Kirby herself could be an inspector with all
her knowledge of AC units, water heaters, and roof repair jargon. Kirby was always
super quick to respond to me when I had a question and she notified me immediately
whenever I had a new document to e-sign. Needless to say, I basically sat back while
Kirby took charge and handled my home purchase with amazing finesse which
allowed me to be stress free during the most significant purchase of my young life.
